Mike Armour is the principal of Optima Group. Mike has over 30 years of experience in private and public sector organisations delivering executive coaching, leadership development, project management and change consultancy services. Mike holds a PhD in Coaching Supervision and Master of Business Coaching degree from the University of Wollongong, Australia. A key focus of our work is to help executive coaches, senior leaders, and medical practitioners to take a step back, to reflect, re-energise, and gain new insights that can lead to improved performance. Reflective practice, is a process that is key to learning and continuous improvement.
