Need time to regroup?
Reflection is the key to future action.

Introducing The Coach’s RetreatTM – is an intensive workshop designed to increase your reflective practice and enhance the effectiveness of your coaching.
What is Reflective Practice and Why is it Important?
There are many different ways to describe reflective practice, such as:
“a window through which the [coaching] practitioner can view and focus self within the context of his/her own lived experience in ways that enable her/him to confront, understand and work towards resolving the contradictions within his/her practice between what is desirable and actual practice” (Johns, 2000, p.34)
